Members and guests are reminded that River Bend Park Uniform Codes will be actively enforced throughout the pool area to help ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
SeC-12 — Unauthorized Use of Pool & Facilities
Unauthorized entry into or use of the pool or pool facilities outside of established operating hours is prohibited.
Penalty Schedule:
- 1st Offense — Warning
- 2nd Offense — $15 Fine
- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-13 — Minor Children
Children ages 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area.
Penalty Schedule:
- 1st Offense — Warning
- 2nd Offense — $15 Fine
- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-14 — Conduct of Minor Children
Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct and supervision of their minor children while in the pool area.

- 2nd Offense — $15 Fine
- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-15 — Climbing on or Over Fence
Climbing on or over the pool fence is prohibited.

- 2nd Offense — $15 Fine
- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-16 — Loud Music
Radios, speakers, phones, and other music devices may not be used in the pool area without headphones.

- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-17 — Glass Containers
Glass containers or products packaged in glass are not permitted in the pool area.

- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-18 — Wheeled Vehicles
No wheeled vehicles, including bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or similar items, are permitted inside the pool area except for wheelchairs or approved mobility devices.

- 2nd Offense — $15 Fine
- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-19 — Pets
No pets are permitted inside the pool area except for properly designated service animals.

SeC-20 — Horseplay
Horseplay, unsafe conduct, or disruptive behavior will not be permitted in the pool area.

- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-21 — Abusive Behavior
Obscene language, threatening behavior, or abusive conduct toward other members or staff is prohibited in the pool area.
Please Note:
Verbal abuse directed toward a River Bend employee may result in an immediate $75 fine for a first offense and may be subject to additional disciplinary action.

SeC-22 — Play Equipment
Permitted pool toys are limited to small rings, balls, floats, and similar recreational items.
The following are not permitted:
- Large rafts
- Boats
- Inner tubes
- Styrofoam products
- Oversized flotation devices
- Similar large play equipment

SeC-23 — Pool Furniture
Pool furniture is to be used only for its intended purpose. Misuse, damage, or unsafe use of pool furniture is prohibited.

- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-24 — Broken Skin
Persons with cuts, scrapes, open wounds, or broken skin will not be permitted to enter the pool.

- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-25 — Intoxicated Persons
Intoxicated or otherwise impaired individuals are not permitted in the pool or pool area.

- 2nd Offense — $15 Fine
- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-26 — Emergency Equipment
All lifesaving and emergency equipment is for emergency use only and may not be handled, removed, or used as toys.

- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-27 — Repairs & Closures
Use of the pool or pool facilities is prohibited during maintenance, repairs, cleaning, or temporary closures.

- 1st Offense — Warning
- 2nd Offense — $15 Fine
- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-28 — Clean-Up
Members and guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Please use all trash receptacles and ashtrays provided throughout the pool area.
Penalty Schedule:
- 1st Offense — Warning
- 2nd Offense — $15 Fine
- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-29 — Exterior Gate
The exterior gate to the pool area must remain closed at all times.
Penalty Schedule:
- 1st Offense — Warning
- 2nd Offense — $15 Fine
- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-30 — Baby Pool
The baby pool is intended only for babies and children up to 6 years of age. All children using the baby pool must be supervised by an adult at all times.

- 3rd Offense — $25 Fine
- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-31 — Chemical Room
Unauthorized persons are strictly prohibited from entering or accessing the chemical room.

- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
SeC-32 — Showers
In accordance with state regulations, all swimmers must shower before entering the pool.

SeC-33 — Posted Rules
All members and guests must comply with all posted pool rules and regulations at all times.

SeC-34 — Alcohol at the Pool
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the pool area except during officially authorized RBMC sponsored events.

- 4th Offense — Restricted from using the pool
Additional Reminder:
Last season, several members attempted to leave coolers containing alcoholic beverages outside the pool gate in order to avoid the no-alcohol policy. While creative, this practice will not be permitted. Pool staff and Security will continue monitoring and enforcing this rule throughout the season.
